  • What do I do after I have nominated Pharmacy Corner Online as my chosen pharmacy?
    Once you have nominated us as your chosen pharmacy, you do not have to do anything further. We will take responsibility of confirming the changes with your GP. Then moving forward your prescription will be sent to us automatically and we will then safely and efficiently dispense your medication and prepare it to be dispatched to your designated location free of charge. Let us focus on your medication so you can focus on living.
  • What if my surgery does not allow pharmacies to order my prescriptions on my behalf?
    Not all surgery practices allow third parties or pharmacies to order on the patients behalf. On these instances please call Pharmacy Corner Online on 0113 345 0180 and we will check this for you, if this happens to be the case for your surgery do not worry. We will remind you when your prescription is due then simply order as normal and your doctor will send us your prescription electronically. We will then arrange for your medication to be delivered for free to your chosen address for your convenience.
  • Can I still nominate Pharmacy Corner Online if I already have a nominated another pharmacy?
    Yes. The NHS EPS service allows you to freely nominate where your GP sends your prescription at any time.
  • Is delivery always free?
    Yes it is. Delivery for our NHS repeat prescription service is always free of charge.
  • What if I'm out when my delivery arrives?
    We can deliver to any address - your home, your place of work, to a carer or neighbour. You can choose a safe place if you are not home to accept delivery or if they still can't deliver, a card will be left so you can arrange re-delivery for free.
  • What if my surgery does not allow pharmacies to order my prescriptions on my behalf?
    Some surgeries may not allow any third party or pharmacy to order prescriptions on behalf of their patients. Please call us on Pharmacy Corner Online 01133 450 180 to check this for you, but if this is the case - do not worry! We will still remind you when you need to order your prescription. Simply order as normal and your doctor will send us your prescription electronically. We will deliver your medicines to you, for free to your chosen address.
  • How will my medication be delivered?
    Your medication will be packaged in a plain discreet parcel in a safe and secure manner. Your medication will be delivered using the Royal Mail; we will send you a notification that the parcel has been dispatched.
  • What if I miss my delivery?
    If you are not home to accept the delivery you can choose a safe place for your parcel to be received, with your permission we can arrange your parcel to be delivered to any address, your home, workplace or neighbor etc. If for whatever reason the parcel could not be received a card will be left so that you can arrange a re-delivery for free.
